How does this work?

For parties and events, Frolic can accept pre-orders of anything on the regular menu up to the day before your event, which includes pizzas, appetizers, sodas, etc.

In addition, trays of house smoked meats by the pound, salads, and sides can be ordered up to 4 days before your event.

These options are available both for events at Frolic and for take-out catering.

Meat By The Pound

We slow smoke chicken thigh, brisket, and pork shoulder to perfection and shred it up into large trays, along with chicken wings. These are available by the pound, 5 lbs minimum.

Build Your Own Salad Buffet Tray

This buffet-style salad bar consists of a large tray of chopped romaine with various toppings on the side so that guests can build and dress their own portions. One tray of lettuce easily feeds 20-30 as side salads and comes with sides of:

- sliced mushrooms - sliced cucumbers - diced onions - croutons

- diced bell peppers - diced tomatoes - shredded carrots - shredded cheddar jack

- 2 bottles of dressing of your choice.

How much should I order?

When ordering, we can help you estimate how much you might need based on the size of your party, just ask!

💡 A rule of thumb is to anticipate about 0.5lbs of food per person with some extras.

On average, our 12” pizzas can feed two people, especially with some sides or appetizers.
